My favorite 2 quotes by Michael Jordan

"I've missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed."
"If you're trying to achieve, there will be roadblocks. I've had them; everybody has had them. But obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it."
These quotes mean so much to me because they helped me through basketball and through life. Michael Jordan's words inspired me to understand not to give up and life. Just get back up from where you fell down and walk down the right road for your future. In basketball, when I make a mistake, my coaches always say , "Flush it down the toilet and get back on defense."

Best Friends

It doesn't matter who you are. You will always find a best friend. My definition of a best friend is someone that has a strong relationship with you. They will always be there for you when ever you are having a terrible day, always joke around with you, and just simply enjoys hanging out with you. There are so many more things that about a best friend, but sometimes it gets to that point where that person starts to you like you. If that is exposed, he/she might not want to talk to you because he/she feels awkward around you. That feeling sucks, and it feels like you lost that important person that meant so much to you. I'm not going to lie, there is someone that I don't want to lose (not mentioning any names). I just hope I can work some things out with that person.

Fighting Games

I would never think that I would be playing these kind of games, but I'm interested in them now. I used to be very competitive when I played Call of Duty. I stopped playing it because it wasn't appealing to me anymore, and all it did was add more video game content for money. When I finally got my fight stick, I felt like a fighting game genius. It was like I knew how do to every single fighting move and combos, but I still got whooped by online gamers. I started to get higher rankings in Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and Super Street Fighter 4. My goal is to be on top of the leader board rankings world- wide.

Improving our TEAM game

8th Grade Black And Yellow Teams.
I play for the FortCampbell Snipers AAU basketball team. I'm on the 8th grade yellow team, and we have a lot of talent. But, when we played in our first tournament together, it felt like the team did not have that much chemistry. I understand it was our first time playing together, but we are improving everyday in practice. Since then, everyone of our teammates are getting used to each other style of playing, and we are getting better executing the plays. We have the talent to compete. Once we get better as a team, I'm absolutely believe that we will become successful like the 8th grade team, and we will win many games.

Attitude is everything.

Your attitude will guide you throughout your life. It can determine what you want to do in life if you can control it properly. If you talk back to an adult or try to argue with somebody, some people would not tolerate that at all. For example, the basketball team I play on is concerned about attitude on and off the court. If one of us players does get an attitude with the coach, the coaches specifically stated that will we not play or even see that basketball court. That's why I'm humble about playing time, and I make sure my attitude is in check before I say anything unnecessary.

I wonder if I moved

Sometimes I think about this question many times. Just letting you know, I'm NOT moving. I wonder how all of my friends would react. Will they cry, be sad, mad, shocked? Probably they will. If I moved, I would miss everybody that I know and talk to them as much as I can. If I ever figure out that I move from Tennessee, it would be the worst feeling ever. But, sometimes it has to be like that. I hope that never happens.

The Books I Read so Far...

My reading is coming along perfectly! I've been really getting into to reading as one of my hobbies, I enjoy it. All  of the books so far that I have read were really entertaining. Their story line are very creative. Right now I'm about on my 11th book. It is called When Hitler Stole Pink Rabbit by Judith Kerr. It takes place during the Holocaust when Hitler won the elcetion. Anna and her family has to go through the difficult hardships of Hitler in order to survive. Overall, it is a great book so far.

My Son Sherlock

I remember when he first arrived in my house on December 17, 2010. Sherlock was a black and light brown Yorkie and a few weeks old. Now, he is all silver and grown up so much. Sherlock is like a son to me because we really connect with each other like father and son. I always take care of him everyday, play with him, and pay a lot of attention to him. He is listening to my commands more, and I'm satisfied with that. I hope he lives for a very long time because he means everything to me.

I Wonder What the Future Brings Us....

In my opinion, I think everybody thinks about this question some point in their life. I'm just confused if are economy will become successful again. Will there be a major important plan that the president will announce? I just don't know at this moment. Also, will there be anymore helpful ways that we can save the Earth and its environment? Someday I would like to see everyone to have electric cars. This might sound impossible to make but maybe even water-running cars. That would be a nice invention in the world. One final thing that's on my mind is if the animals on this planet will still survive. We build many companies that take up so much the land, and that affects the wild-life animals. I just hope that these questions will be answered one day in the future. I hope so...

Beyblades

The other day my Dad was cleaning out the shed in our backyard. Then, he surprised me and my brother by showing a tub filled with Beyblades. These were my favorite toy when I was a kid. I remember when my brother and I would battle endlessly each and every day. Even though I would almost lose all of the time, I still had a blast watching them explode into pieces when they collide with each other. Beyblades came with a launcher and rip cord. You put the Beyblade on the launcher and insert the cord through the it. At the count of 3, 2, 1, LET IT RIP!!, the Beyblades spin rapidly while clashing between them. If the opponent's Beyblade stops spinning or gets knocked out of the stadium, the other person wins. I had many awesome memories with these.

What do I do in life as a Teenager..

There are many things I do in life that are now and some are old. Now that I'm interested in basketball, I played the middle school league and AAU. I put in hard work every day to reach my goal in becoming a NBA basketball player by getting awesome grades in school and staying on the right track. Yes, I still have the wild kid in me still. I'm that "nerd" that plays Pokemon for hours. Ever since my Dad found my Beyblades, I've been playing with them and enjoying my memories. I'm thinking about even collecting them again as a hobby. Also, I always hang out with my friends. They are very important to me because they are caring and like me for who I am. Also, I care about them as well. Whatever happens to them, I'll be sure to be their with them. That goes the same for my family.

Improving My Game

I've been improving my basketball skills since the 5th grade. I remember when I couldn't even dribble the ball and my jump shot was horrible. But now, I have made a huge improvement in those skills. I have more ball control, and my jump shot is correct. I'm currently playing for the Northeast Middle School Basketball team. We have a very fundamental team and all the players are very athletic. I hope to see a championship this year. My team and I will do whatever it takes.

The Semi Finals: Northeast vs. Rossview

Today we face our rivals, Rossview Middle School. It is going to be war on the court tonight and, it will be a whole bunch of people going. Rossview is a very competitive team, and they won't back down during this game. They are trying to take our opportunity to make it to the championship game. I have faith in the whole team that we are going to win tonight and have a chance in the championship against Dickson County. Coach Purvis is hungry for this win and we are too. Let tonight be the rise of Northeast being champions in 2012.

Basketball Season is Over

I had a blast this year in basketball. All of the basketball games were fun, and I enjoyed spending time with the basketball team. Also, I played many minutes on the court in the 2011-2012 season. This is a huge accomplishment to me because I didn't get that much playing time in the 7th grade, and I played a key role in the team, defensive stopper. There were many times that I had to play defense on the player who had the ball. I gave it my all to make the other team turnover the ball, and I was successful at that. I wish the basketball season wasn't over yet. I wanted to hang out with the team more and play more games because I love the game of basketball. Since I'm going to high school next year playing basketball, I'm going to take this time I have now to work on my game and stay in shape.

One Family, One Nation, Sniper Nation

Basketball season for middle school is over but not for me. I'm going back to AAU this year again for my third year. I'm still playing for the Fort Campbell Snipers, and we have so much talent this year. This year we have a 5th, 7th, and 8th grade team this time. Even though we are all going to different tournaments, we will always tell them good luck and play hard in every game. Practice is serious now. In all of our practices, we do a lot of conditioning and finish our laps within 3 minutes. If we miss lay ups, we do push-ups based on how much we miss. All of us put in effort when we condition which makes practice actually better. This year, we are aiming to win many championships. Snipers!

Number 4. Luigi's Mansion

BWWWWHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Welcome to Luigi's Mansion. As a kid, I remember I would be so scared to play it. The sad part is, it's a NINTENDO game. Anyways, the game is about Luigi, Mario's younger brother, exploring his new mansion that he won in a "contest". Luigi notices that this place was not any ordinary luxury mansion, but he figures out that this place is haunted by a family of ghosts and series of other ghosts. He has to help Prof. E. Gadd to capture the horrifying family of ghost inside his blank portraits. Also, he discovers that his brother Mario is trapped inside a portrait by the ruler of the Boos, King Boo. Now, Luigi is forced to be brave to restore the mansion to a luxurious place, save Mario, and capture ghosts with Prof. E. Gadd's invention, The Poltergust 3000. Are you able to survive in this mansion?

Number 3: Super Mario Brothers

Super Mario Brothers was a worldwide favorite video game in history. You are the character Mario and you have to run, jump, and slide down flag poles to save Princess Peach from Bowser. I remember I would always get really frustrated because Mario would always fall between the gaps and hit by Goombas. Also, every time I thought I saved Peach, the princess, it would always be a Toad in the castle. Excluding of the all the challenges, this was one of my favorites because of the design of the levels, hidden secrets, the adventure, and the annoying flying Koopas. I try all the time to find the hidden secrets, but the there isn't any clues to find them. They are really "hidden". This game is a long adventure, but it never gets old.
